2. Types of Data Processed

Registered Use

To ensure a consistent user experience, a Google Login is required for both the free base model and the VIP model. In this context, your email address and profile name are processed to securely manage your account, subscriptions, and settings across devices.

Usage Data & AI Interaction

When you use our AI features, the following data is processed:

• Text Prompts: The descriptions you enter for image generation.
• Reference Images: Images you optionally upload to provide a visual template for the AI.

Social Media Profiles & Analytics

For the use of analytics and coaching functions, the following data is processed:

• Social Media Usernames: The profile names you link for platforms like TikTok or Instagram.
• Public Performance Data: Metrics of your posts such as views, likes, comments, and shares.
• Post History: The content of your most recent posts for deep analysis by the AI Coach.

Contact via Email

If you contact us via email, your email address and message content are processed exclusively to handle and answer your request.

• No Marketing: Your email address will not be used for unsolicited marketing or advertising purposes.
• No Misuse: Data will not be misused for other purposes or shared with third parties without your consent.
• Purpose Limitation: Storage only occurs as long as necessary for communication with you.

3. Purpose of Processing & Third Parties

AI Generation

To generate images and text (captions), your inputs (prompts and images) are transmitted to specialized AI service providers (exclusive interfaces from Google Gemini and Flux). This data serves solely to create the desired content.

Cloud Storage (IONOS VPS)

Generated images are stored on our own secured servers at IONOS (VPS) located in Germany. This ensures high data security and compliance with GDPR. Depending on the chosen subscription, this data is automatically deleted after 48 hours or stored permanently.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Billing for the VIP subscription is handled through the payment infrastructure of the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not receive any bank or credit card information.

Social Analytics & AI Coaching

To provide analysis functions, MoodCreator regularly synchronizes performance data from your linked profiles automatically. Since these are publicly accessible profiles, we only collect data that is already publicly visible. This data is stored in our database to visualize trends and enable the AI Coach to provide strategic feedback.

4. App Permissions

To provide its features, the app requires access to:

• Camera: For taking photos as design templates.
• Photos/Media Library: For selecting existing images and saving generated results.
• Storage: For local saving of history and settings.
• Notifications: To send important status updates about your AI generations or new tips via push notification (optional).

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Through the required Google Login, your data is uniquely assigned to your account. According to GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to information about your processed data.
• Right to deletion (especially by clearing history in the app).
• Right to object to processing.

6. Safety & Child Protection

The protection of our users, especially minors, is our top priority. MoodCreator implements strict safety standards to prevent the creation of abusive content:

• Automated AI Filters: Our used AI models (e.g., Google Gemini tech) automatically check every prompt and image for offensive, violent, or hateful content. Generation is refused upon violation.
• Child Safety: We follow a zero-tolerance strategy regarding content depicting child sexual abuse (CSAM). Such content is proactively blocked and filtered.
• External Standards: We commit to international safety standards. Guidelines can be found in the Google Generative AI Use Policy.

7. Hosting & Security

The app infrastructure is provided via Laravel Cloud and an IONOS VPS in Germany. We use modern encryption to protect your data during transmission and storage.
