MoodCreator AI: Image & Video

1. Subject of the App

MoodCreator is a content creation platform based on React Native (Expo). The app serves as an AI content designer for social media and enables the creation of AI images, videos (5s/8s), mockups, and automated captions (Funny, Emotional, Informative).

2. AI Content Generation

Functionality: The app uses Text-to-Image, Text-to-Video, and Image-to-Video technologies. An integrated "Prompt Beautifier" automatically optimizes user inputs.

Responsibility: Since content is generated by artificial intelligence, MoodCreator assumes no liability for the accuracy, originality, or legal permissibility of the generated media.

3. TikTok & Social Media Integration

Important Note on Share Kit: MoodCreator uses the TikTok OpenSDK (Share Kit) to enable direct export of generated media to the TikTok editor.

The user is solely responsible for complying with TikTok Community Guidelines when sharing content.

MoodCreator is an independent third-party provider and has no direct business connection to TikTok (Bytedance).

4. Autopilot Function

The app offers a background service for scheduled planning of content creations. The user is responsible for ensuring that the planned tasks do not violate third-party rights and that app resources are used within the scope of the chosen membership (Freemium/Pro/VIP).

5. Subscriptions and Monetization

The use of certain functions requires the purchase of credits or an active subscription. Billing is handled through the in-app purchase systems of the respective platform operators (Apple/Google). Refunds are subject to the policies of the store operators.

6. Usage Rights & Copyright

The user is granted the right to use the generated content for personal and commercial use on social media channels. The copyright to the app architecture and plugins (e.g., withTikTokQueries) remains with the provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability for damages caused by technical errors, asynchronous job polling delays, or server failures is excluded to the extent permitted by law. MoodCreator is not liable for the suspension of social media accounts by third-party platforms.
